Returns Technology Locker will provide a replacement product or in case Technology Locker does not have a replacement available we will refund the money paid (terms apply for warranty and out-of-warranty returns). The customer is responsible for returning the faulty product back to us within our warranty period which will be as stated on the product advert. Technology Locker may require 5 to 7 working days to replace the faulty product. We will ship the replacement product out to our customer at our expense. Technology Locker accepts out-of--warranty returns (within 7 days of Technology Locker shipping the product to our customer) if you change your mind or have purchased a product by mistake. There will be a charge of 25% of the product sale price (returns re-stocking fee) and it is the customer responsibility to return the product in its original form.
