- The emotion code by Dr Bradley Nelson (touches on the mind body connection)

- Reclaim your heart by Yasmin Mogahed (it’s about emotional regulation from an islamic perspective)

- A return to Love by Marianne Williamson (addresses different life situations and how to respond from a place of love instead of pain/ego, this was written from a christian perspective)

- Jessica Ash Wellness’s health podcast (I love her perspective on women’s health)

- The game of life and how to play it by Florence Scovel Shinn (Wonderful book about the way your internal reality affects your external circumstances)
